This Privacy Policy explains how the Benny Survives Factory application (“the App”) handles information when you authorize it to publish content to TikTok on behalf of the Benny Survives channel.
1. Who we are
Benny Survives Factory is an automation tool used by the operators of the Benny Survives entertainment channel to draft and post short-form videos (Shorts) to TikTok. It is not a consumer social product for the general public.
2. Information we collect
Depending on TikTok Login Kit / Content Posting authorization, the App may receive:
- TikTok account identifiers and display name for the authorized channel account
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to publish content
- Metadata about videos the App uploads (titles, captions, publish status)
- Basic operational logs (timestamps, success/failure of publish jobs)
The App does not intentionally collect end-user browsing history, contacts, precise location, payment card data, or biometric identifiers.
3. How we use information
Information is used only to:
- Authenticate the Benny Survives TikTok account
- Upload and publish Shorts and related captions/metadata
- Monitor and troubleshoot publishing failures
- Comply with TikTok Platform Terms and applicable law
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
Content and necessary API credentials are shared with TikTok as required to operate Login Kit and content posting. We do not share account tokens with unrelated third parties. Service providers that host this policy page or run our automation stack may process limited operational data under confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention
OAuth tokens and publish logs are retained only as long as needed to operate the channel automation and meet legal or platform requirements, then deleted or revoked.
6. Security
Credentials are stored with access restricted to channel operators. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we take reasonable steps to protect tokens and logs.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices
You may revoke the App’s access at any time in TikTok account settings (authorized apps / permissions). After revocation, the App will stop publishing until re-authorized.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted at this URL.
